A haze of flashbulbs and studio air in Milan, somewhere in the early 2000s—Tom Ford’s Gucci was all deliberate shape and surface, the monogram canvas glinting under hard lights. Here, olive green GG Supreme canvas is cut into a soft hobo silhouette, trimmed in dark brown leather and anchored with gold-tone hardware at the rectangular strap attachments. The adjustable web strap allows the bag to swing from shoulder to crossbody, echoing the easy movement of that Ford-era languor.
A zip top opens to a black fabric-lined interior, fitted with one zipped and one slip pocket for small essentials. The gold-tone hardware shows bright and the GG monogram print reads crisp; only light surface wear is visible at the corners and strap. The original dust bag is included.
The rectangular brown leather logo tab inside—serif ‘GUCCI’ stamped above ‘made in italy’—marks this as a product of the Tom Ford era, c. early 2000s, when logo canvas and minimalist hardware dominated the house’s accessories. Serial code 189751 525040.
