Hexagonal honeycomb monogram canvas forms the outer panels of this bifold Dior wallet, punctuated by brown leather trim and a single gold-tone snap closure engraved with the house’s CD initials. The surface shows the repeat of crest and CD motifs in soft contrast against black, the palette set off by high-gloss hardware at the flap’s edge. Minor wear appears at the corners and folds, with the rest of the exterior holding a gently preserved shape.

This construction dates to the Marc Bohan era—late 1970s to mid-1980s—a period when Dior’s small leather goods embraced geometric monogram canvas designed for hard use and frequent handling. The signature honeycomb pattern, with its tessellated hexagons and crests, was a fixture in the era’s travel and accessories lines, a visual language that quietly signalled the house’s Parisian roots.

Inside, the wallet opens to a brown fabric lining with one main compartment and slip pocket, sized for bills and papers, the structure intact and functional. No serial or interior label is visible; the original box accompanies the piece.
