Vintage Celine Leather Clutch Wallet c. Late 1980s Black Tan

Paris, Rue de Rennes—somewhere between the late 1980s and early 1990s, a black leather clutch wallet like this would have rested in the palm, its edges trimmed in tan, the gold-tone zipper pull bearing Céline’s carriage crest. The Triomphe blazon logo is pressed into a rectangular leather plaque on the front, a precise mark of the Vipiana era.

The exterior is crafted from smooth black leather, bordered with warm tan trim and finished with a gold-tone zip closure. Inside, a black fabric lining conceals one zip pocket and two slip pockets, structured for essentials—currency, cards, notes—without bulk. Designed for handheld carry.

Condition is very good, with only minor surface scratches visible on the leather; the structure remains crisp, hardware bright. No accessories are included.
