Vintage Dior Oblique Canvas Card Holder Late 1990s Black Beige

Beige Oblique canvas, framed in black leather, draws the eye first: the instantly recognisable Dior monogram, here scaled to a compact card holder, its graphic rhythm set off by subtle gold-tone hardware at the edges. The leather border shows only faint surface scratches, while the canvas remains crisp and patterned, offering an everyday object with just enough presence for any pocket or bag — a genderless carry, at home in all wardrobes.

This card holder emerged during the John Galliano era at Dior, c. late 1990s–early 2000s, when the Oblique motif was newly revived and pushed into the spotlight. The heat-stamped 'Christian Dior' label in serif font, paired with the navy-and-beige monogram canvas, traces directly to Galliano's maximalist reimagining of the print — a moment when house codes were amplified and rendered unmistakable, even at this scale.
