This vintage Balenciaga pullover is knitted in a luxurious blend of 50% wool, 40% angora and 10% nylon, in a fitted heather grey crewneck silhouette with a fuzzy halo finish, ribbed neckline, ribbed three-quarter sleeve cuffs and a ribbed hem. From the Balenciaga La Mode Japanese-market diffusion line of the 1980s and 90s — Balenciaga was founded in 1917 in San Sebastián by Cristóbal Balenciaga and based in Paris from 1937, here reinterpreted with quietly chic everyday knitwear for the Japanese market.
