This vintage Givenchy top handle bag is finely crafted of tan grained leather in a structured trapezoidal silhouette with smooth leather trim along the seams. The maison's signature gold-tone interlocking GV3 logo turn-lock anchors the front flap — a code introduced under Hubert de Givenchy after the maison's founding in Paris in 1952 and revived as one of the house's most recognisable codes. From the Givenchy Sacs line, the maison's Japanese-market diffusion of the 1980s and 90s.

The bag features a single rolled leather top handle on reinforced attachment points, an exterior back zip pocket and opens to a dark brown leather-lined interior, with the original "GIVENCHY SACS — Made in Japan" interior label.

Condition Details: The tan grained leather is supple with no cracking and the structure of the bag remains excellent. The top handle shows visible colour fading and lightening along the arch where hand contact has worn the dye — the most notable flaw on the bag. Light edge wear runs along the flap and piping where the lighter underlayer is exposed. There is a small dark mark on the back upper flap and light surface scuffing on the back panel; the bottom corners show mild patina. The gold-tone 4G turn-lock and zipper hardware remain bright and fully functional, the dark brown leather interior is tidy, and the interior label is fully legible.
