Vintage Dior Oblique Canvas Bifold Wallet Late 1980s Black

Black-on-black Oblique canvas sets a subtle rhythm across this Dior bifold wallet, the woven jacquard catching light in alternating matte and satin threads. A rounded gold-tone snap button punctuates the front tab, engraved with the classic Dior serif—its slender ligature unmistakable, a quiet signature in the hand. Black leather trim edges the silhouette, with gentle creasing and a few surface scuffs visible at the corners.

The late 1980s to early 1990s marked a shift at Dior, as Gianfranco Ferré applied his architect’s rigor to the house’s legacy codes.
